Buffet Menu - from £10 per head

Menu options

Choose any two main dishes from the following:

  • Cold Meat Platter: Ham Salami, Beef, Roast Pork, Chicken, Pate, Pork Pie.
  • Prawn Salad: Prawns with sliced new potatoes, mange tout and lime mayonnaise.
  • Coronation Chicken: Roast chicken and grapes in a mild curry cream and mayonnaise dressing.
  • Thai Chicken Salad: Noodles, carrot, roast chicken, spring onion, cucumber in a peanut dressing.
  • Assorted Quiche: Peppers and onion, Bacon and asparagus, Camembert, chicken and chive, Tomato and onion, Broccoli & Tomato, Red Pepper & Goats cheese, Mixed Mushroom and cheese.
  • Snowflake Salad: Crabstick with celery, apple in mayonnaise
  • Salmon Pasta Salad: Freshly grilled salmon with pasta shells, carrots, celery in sour cream and lemon mayonnaise.
  • Avocado and Prawn Salad: Sliced avocado with prawns and egg, in a Marie rose dressing.
  • Couscous and Roasted Vegetables: Couscous with roasted, onion, courgette, peppers, potato.
  • Tuna, Pasta and Kidney bean Salad: Flaked tuna with mushrooms, pasta shells, spring onions in a herb mustard dressing.
  • Spicy Potato Strudel: Filo pastry filled with mild curried potato carrots and onion in a cream and egg sauce.
  • Salmon Terrine: Layers of fresh salmon, creamed smoked salmon, garnished with cucumber.
  • Vegetable Terrine: Carrot, broccoli, leek, courgette, peppers in a creamy sauce and wrapped in spinach.

Choose any three salad dishes from the following:

  • Pasta Salad: Pasta, peppers, onions, tomatoes.
  • Coleslaw: White cabbage, onion, carrot in mayonnaise.
  • Rice Salad: Basmati rice, mixed peppers, onions, sweet corn and black olives
  • Salade Nicoise: Tuna, green beans, tomatoes, black olives.
  • Beetroot Salad: Beetroot and onion in mayonnaise.
  • Potato, Corn and Bean Salad: Potatoes, butter beans, onions and sweet corn in sour cream and lemon mayonnaise.
  • Greek Salad: Mediterranean green salad with feta cheese and black olives and a light dressing.
  • Mixed Bean Salad: Mixed pulses with onion, tomato and cucumber.
  • Green Salad: Mixed lettuces with watercress, rocket and tomato.
  • Tomato and Mozzarella Salad: Tomato, mozzarella and black olives with vinaigrette dressing.
  • New Potato and chive Salad: Charlotte baby potatoes with fresh chives.
  • Curried Pasta and Radish Salad: Shell pasta with shallots and radish in a creamy mayonnaise curry sauce with mustard and cheese.
  • Basmati & Puy Lentil salad: Rice, carrot, cucumber & Puy lentils
  • Pasta & Beetroot Salad: Pasta shells, beetroot, walnuts, egg and avocado in a mayonnaise sauce.
  • Coronation Salad: New Potatoes, hard boiled eggs in a mild curry cream sauce.

Choose any two dessert dishes from the following:

  • Fruit pies: Individual apple or seasonal fruit pies.
  • Pears in red Wine: Poached dessert pears in red wine syrup
  • Almond Mousse: Almonds, cream and eggs with liqueur soaked boudoir biscuits.
  • Chocolate Mocha mousse: Rich chocolate and coffee cream.
  • Cheesecake: Of your choice.
  • Choux buns: Small chocolate and coffee iced choux pastry buns filled with cream.
  • Strawberry Mousse: Strawberries, cream and eggs.
  • Raspberry or Strawberry Trifle: Layers of fruit and sponge in wine jelly topped with custard and fresh cream.
  • Rum Gateau: Rum biscuit base filled with butter cream and topped with rum biscuit.
  • Apple Charlotte Russe: Apple & curd cheese filling surrounded by sponge fingers and topped with cream
  • Raspberry Shortcake: Circles of butter shortcake topped with cream and raspberries.
  • Fresh Cheese Selection: Any four cheese's of your choice with a selection of sweet and savoury biscuits

French bread and butter, or home made brown and white rolls included.
